Quadas is committed to protecting your privacy. The following statement describes Quadas's Privacy Policy as it relates to the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive from users of http://Quadas.com (the "Site") and Quadas's online advertising services ("the Services").

How We Collect Information

Online web environment: (desktop, tablet, and smartphone browsers)
Quadas "tags" visitors to its partners' websites with browser cookies. Users tagged by Quadas are given a technical identifier. At no point does Quadas collect identifying personal data such as your name or address. The browser cookies track the pages viewed by the visitor and pages visited of the partner for whom Quadas is delivering ads. Pixel tags are used by Quadas to transfer browsing data from visitors of our partner's websites to Quadas's servers.
Other environments (Mobile applications)
In environments that do not support cookies, like mobile applications, we may use other similar technologies for the same purpose of cookies. To serve our ads in mobile applications we collect identifiers, such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA depending on the operating system of your mobile device. These identifiers consist in a string of technical and random characters singling out your device that Quadas stored by Quadas with a hash (non reversible encrypting method).
Information We Collect
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Non-Personally Identifiable Information, or "Non-PII", is information that, by itself, does not identify a specific individual. Quadas may collect Non-PII while you are visiting the Site or the Web site of one of Quadas's advertisers or Web publishers (collectively referred to as "Business Customers"). While providing the Services, Quadas may collect Web Surfing Data such as web surfers' IP addresses, web pages that have been visited, time and date, and whether or not a web surfer clicked on various advertisements ("Web Surfing Data"). If you choose to click on an advertisement, Quadas may provide Non-PII to the advertiser and Web publisher.
Personally Identifiable Information
Personally Identifiable Information, or "PII", is data that can be used directly to contact or identify you, and may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address and home address. When using services offered through Quadas or its Business Customers, you may choose to enter your name, contact information, and/or other personal information. Other than personal information collected by Quadas on its own Site (in such cases, you will have clear notification that we are collecting this information so that you can choose not to provide it), Quadas has no use for PII and will take all precautions to avoid receiving PII from our customers and partners. Due to the nature of the Internet, however, Quadas cannot completely control the type of information that others may send to our servers. If Quadas is made aware that it received PII, it will use all efforts to remove that information from its records. In addition, if it is made aware that it has inadvertently passed PII to its customers or partners, it will use all efforts to ensure they remove that information from their records.

Use of the Information We Collect

Use of Non-PII
The Non-PII that Quadas collects is used for enhancement of our services, marketing, and to more effectively match advertisements and website content to your interests. Quadas may also use Non-PII to better target content to users in an effort to create a personally relevant experience. The data are also used to predict responses to advertisements and to help determine which ads perform best and which content is most appropriate for different individuals. Quadas provides most data in the aggregate form, but may provide user-level Non-PII to its partners, to enable them to reach their desired audiences and for reporting purposes.
Use of Personally Identifiable Information
If you provide us PII on our own Site, we use your PII to respond to your inquiries. Quadas does not provide PII to Business Customers or other third parties unless the nature of your inquiry concerns products or services provided by one of our Business Customers, then we will provide that information only to that Business Customer so that they may attempt to provide you with information regarding the products or services you inquired about.

Our Business Customers' Web Sites
In some cases, our customers can choose to use our ad tags to pass information to buyers about you, such as demographic information you have previously volunteered to them (for example, during the registration process) so long as they have the right to use this information for ad selection. Our policy forbids such information to be PII, and if we are made aware that we were unknowingly passed PII, we will purge such information from our servers and request that such customer cease sending us such information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these web sites and you should check the applicable privacy policies of such web sites you visit to determine how they handle any information they collect from you.
Ad Buyers
The ads delivered as a result of our Services may be served by third parties that may use their own cookies and/or other data collection tools. In addition, the ads themselves may also contain links to other websites with their own cookies and/or other data collection tools.
Third Party Data Providers
Third party data providers are companies that collect information about your behaviors through relationships with many of the web sites you visit. For example, many of them collect Non-PII about the content areas or pages of the web sites that you visit (e.g., "sports section" or "technology section"). Our partner with many of these third parties to enable customers to reach their desired audiences based on their interests and for reporting purposes.
Use Opt-Out Procedure
If you do not want Quadas to target ads to you on web sites based on interests or preferences inferred from information we have about you, you can opt-out using procedures below.
Online web environment: (desktop, tablet, and smartphone browsers)
You can opt out of Quadas's service by visiting the followings links. Please note that these platforms allow you to opt out of interest-based advertising delivered by registered members on the current browser you are using. The opt-out process will place an opt-out cookie on your computer. Please note that if you delete, block or otherwise restrict cookies, you may need to opt-out again, or if you use a different computer or Internet browser, you may need to opt-out on each browser.

Other environments (Mobile applications)

Android Users (version 2.3 and above)
To use the "opt-out of interest-based advertising" option, follow the instructions provided by Google here: Google Play Help. If you don't have the Google Play Services installed on your device, you won't receive Quadas services. Please note that this is a device setting and will disable interest-based ads from all providers, and not just for Quadas
iOS users (version 6 and above)

Links to Web Publishers, Advertisers, and Other Web Sites
Quadas's Services are combined with content from Business Customers and other third party advertisers. Quadas's Services may contain links to other Web sites. If you choose to visit a Business Customer or other third-party advertiser by clicking on a banner ad or other type of advertisement, or click on another third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's Web site. The fact that we link to a Web site or present a banner ad or other type of advertisement is not an endorsement, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. Quadas is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of Web publishers, advertisers, or other Web sites that may be linked to Quadas's Web sites. These other Web sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. This Privacy Policy addresses the use and disclosure of information that we collect from you through our Services. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other Web sites you visit.
Our Policy Toward Children And Sensitive Information
Quadas is very sensitive to the issue of the privacy rights or children. Quadas's Site and Services generally are neither developed for, nor directed at, children. We do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with PII without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@Quadas.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with PII, we will delete such information from our files. Quadas does not collect nor does it permit the targeting of advertising based on sensitive information regarding medical and health-related matters.
Other Sharing of Information
Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Security Precautions
Quadas makes significant efforts to maintain the security of its network and the data we collect. We use various technologies, including, in certain instances, encryption, to ensure high security standards. Any data that is stored on Quadas's servers is treated as confidential and is not generally available to the public. Please keep in mind, however, that the Internet is not a 100% secure medium. Therefore, although we use reasonable efforts to protect information, the possibility of an individual defeating our security measures does exist.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
Quadas may release information when necessary in cooperation with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or to law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), or to protect Quadas's rights, property, or other interests, including those of its customers or users, or to prevent illegal activities or violations of Quadas Terms of Use Agreement. In addition, there is also the possibility that Quadas may one day be purchased by, or merged with, another company. If that's the case, the acquiring (or merging) company will have access to your information.
Acceptance of Privacy Statement
Your use of our Web site is subject to this Privacy Policy. BY USING OUR WEB SITE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES SET OUT IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Changes to Privacy Policy We may find it necessary or be legally obligated to update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
